| Construction | |||||||
| 1. First download the E6-B PDF file. | 3. Take your compass and draw a circle around the | ||||||
| 2. The file contains three pages. Page 1 has two | outside of the larger dial, about the numbers. This | ||||||
| E6-Bs. Pages 2 & 3 are parts of one larger | dial has the name NAUT MILES on it. This is | ||||||
| version of the E6-B. I recommend just going | just to have a cutting guide. | ||||||
| with page 1. Print out page 1. | 4. Cut out two 5" x 5" squares out of the Bristol | ||||||
| (See Figure 3) | Board. | ||||||
| 5. Glue the two dials, the NAUT MILES on one | |||||||
| square and the smaller dial, the one with the | |||||||
| temperature scales one on the other square. | |||||||
| 6. Cut out the dials when dry. | |||||||
| 7. Now you need to make a hole in the center of | |||||||
| both dials large enough that the paper fastener | |||||||
| can go through, yet both dials can turn freely. | |||||||
| 8. And assemble. I also taped down the paper | |||||||
| fastener on the back to keep them together. | |||||||
|
Operation Instructions are to follow. |
