  01. Start RW, a small window opens.
02. Hit the Adjust tab, then hit the configure button.
03. Window 'Configure Roger Wilco' ..... hit next.
04. Select 'Use WAV Recording'...... hit next.
05. Audio Device Selection:
      a) Playback Device: 'Primary Sound Driver'
      b) Record Device: This will be your soundcard.
          Hit Next.
06. Test Mike ..... Hit Next.
07. Select 'Full Duplex' ...... Hit Next.
08. Select the Transmit key ...... Hit Next.
09. Hit Next, Hit Next.
10. Put in your call sign.
11. Hit Finish.
